BLS - $70

‍ This Basic Life Support (BLS) course is for individuals taking the course for the first time and/or whose BLS card has expired. This course is a video-based, instructor-led, hands-on learning experience designed for healthcare professionals and first responders.

Who should take this course?

·       First Responders: Firefighters, Police officers, ect.

 Included Course Content:

-High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

-BLS concepts from the Chain of Survival

-Delivering effective breaths or ventilations

-AED use

-How to perform as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR

-Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults, children, and infants

-Toxicology: Opioid Overdose

-Students who successfully pass the skills test and score at least 84% on the exam will receive a course completion card.

How long will the class last? Approximately 3-4 hours (depending on class size)

BLS HeartCode In Person Skills - $50

HeartCode® BLS Online is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learning technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Basic Life Support skills. This class is for those who have completed the online portion through AHA (separate additional cost to AHA) and need their in person skills instruction.

Who is this for? Healthcare professions and personnel in hospitals, outpatient facilities, health care facilities, ect.

How long will the class last? Approximately 1 hour (in person skills)

How is this different from regular BLS? This is an option many use for convenience. You can complete the videos and instruction through a self-paced online learning. You will demonstrate effective skills in person to complete the course. This is only an option for RENEWALS, not INITIAL certification.

This is for anyone who would like to learn CPR but does not need an official CPR certification card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for the general public, churches, community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone interested in learning how to save a life.

HEARTSAVER CPR/AED only -$70

Heartsaver CPR AED teaches participants how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively for adult, child, and infant. It is designed for individuals without a medical background who need training for their job, regulatory requirements (OSHA), or to add to the resume if applicable.

*Please note: This course does not include the First Aid component.

-        Choking relief for adults, children, and infants

-        Drowning prevention and response

-        Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies

Refund/Cancellation Policy

·       Refund Policy: There are no refunds once your class is booked.

·       Rescheduling Policy: Only one rescheduling time is allowed and must be completed within 60 days from the original course date. If you do not complete the rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new course registration, and you will be required to pay the full course fee again.

·       Class Cancellations by instructor: In the event that we must cancel a class (e.g., due to an instructor emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

·       Late Arrivals: Each student is allowed a 10-minute grace period. Students arriving later than 10 minutes will be denied entry and required to reschedule. Rescheduling policy applies.

·       No Show: There are NO refunds for No-Shows. The rescheduling policy does not apply. Student will have to re-register and pay for a new class. If you are going to be absent, please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled class.
