HeartCode® BLS Online is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learning technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Basic Life Support skills. This class is for those who have completed the online portion through AHA (separate additional cost to AHA) and need their in person skills instruction.
Who is this for? Healthcare professions and personnel in hospitals, outpatient facilities, health care facilities, ect.
How long will the class last? Approximately 1 hour (in person skills)
How is this different from regular BLS? This is an option many use for convenience. You can complete the videos and instruction through a self-paced online learning. You will demonstrate effective skills in person to complete the course. This is only an option for RENEWALS, not INITIAL certification.
Additional Costs: Online portion required by AHA is $38
