‍ This Basic Life Support (BLS) course is for individuals taking the course for the first time and/or whose BLS card has expired. This course is a video-based, instructor-led, hands-on learning experience designed for healthcare professionals and first responders.

 Included Course Content:

-High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

-BLS concepts from the Chain of Survival

-Delivering effective breaths or ventilations

-AED use

-How to perform as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR

-Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults, children, and infants

-Toxicology: Opioid Overdose

-Students who successfully pass the skills test and score at least 84% on the exam will receive a course completion card.

How long will the class last? Approximately 3-4 hours (depending on class size)
